The human race has under-developed people and developed people, none of whom are better than the others. Only their actions will tell their value.

People have to take responsibility for themselves. “God” is busy being God for everybody. God would not take time to kill you in an auto accident or save you from an automobile crash; that would make him a bad leader if he did.
