Education and Ignorance

Our worldwide effort should be to educate all cultures on the true basic beliefs of other cultures and of their fears, needs and superstitions. Then we will see that we are not as different as some politicians and clergy say we are.

The most critical flaw in humankind right now is ignorance, lack of a rational system of education, and it is getting worse. Ignorance breeds even more ignorance, which become stupidity. Through our history thus far, humans have advanced to become the most dominant creature, but now we are starting to go backwards. The reason for this is that the wealthy classes realize it is easier to sell what they want and tell people what they want them to do if the public is under-educated in certain areas of knowledge, such as social, political and economic areas and a lack of liberal arts which expand human awareness of the good things of emotional growth.
