To vote, literally means the majority rules. Courtrooms, fraternal, social, benevolent organizations, stock holders, Boy Scout troops and cooking clubs all vote to find the consensus of members in order to make the most acceptable decisions. Benevolent governments go through the trouble to try to find out what the people want them to do. Only dictators don’t want to know what the people really want. The vote equals majority rules, which means democracy, which means equality for all.
The United States of America is the most important country on the planet; you notice I didn’t say the greatest, but I will explain. We brought democracy to the world. But then we started breaking all the sacred rules of democracy, like granting freedom for all people, and ensuring that the majority should set the rules for all people and that freedom of non-violent speech must be protected. As long as the voting public knows both the truth and the lies and then votes on them, and as long as its elected representatives follow their wishes, then humankind will succeed and survive. Voting means majority rules, and if this doesn’t coincide, then democracy dies, and we will have anarchy where only a small group of wealthy people will profit and live happily ever after.
Some of you now are freaked out by the word law and what you think it means. It means that everybody plays by the same rules so we have a smooth life for all. But there are cheaters and greedy people who are the scum of the earth, because they only want freedom for themselves. Only the cheaters and stealers do not like laws of democracy that apply to all people, because they think they are better than you.
