RELIGION
God, if you exist, you don’t seem to understand people. You gave us knowledge of self, selfishness, butyou don’t know that most humans just need and want good feelings, uplifting emotions more than fame and money. Like most other animals we don’t want to worry about our image or future. We just want a good life of love, peace and happiness, which money will never give us without all the many bad things it gives us.
Faith is the expectation of an insecure person.
To an intelligent person, religion and spirituality are opposites. Religion is what man wants, spirituality is what the gods want.
People don’t receive wisdom form God while sitting in their easy chairs, drinking beer, and watching an evangelist. Get out and read, travel and sit on a rock.
A true spiritual person is not religious, fanatic or judgmental; they purify their own lives and pray for others to find their own way of purity.
You people who are banning books and banning the mention of homosexuals are often also gun nuts and believe in freedom of religion as long as it is your religion.
God, are you the good god or the devil god?
Whenever someone says they have spoken to God or Jesus or heard from those guys, that person is a quack. You can quote me on that.
God does not forsake anyone or bless anyone. People are only one of the creatures our mother nature has produced, albeit, we are the most dangerous, powerful and problematic animal. If there is a god who cares or even knows we exist, it probably would disapprove. Most possibly, it is ignoring our presence, hoping we will just self-destruct. If there was a god who cared or even knows we exist, it probably is embarrassed that we think it created us.
Birth control is essential to the future existence of humankind on earth. We should not bank on wars to keep our population down. If that bothers you religious people, then you are personally killing generations of people.
If conservatives don’t change their shortsighted attitude of people and earth protection, then they are going against God’s plan of the Garden of Eden. And don’t get started on Armageddon and the ascension. That’s just another manmade story created by “cult” leaders of the past to get money from fools like you.
